There are 4 variants of Touch Points – MWAP, MTP, BTP and WAP.

MWAP

• MWAP is the touch point that has taken up stock of ₹ 1 Lakh.
• MWAP can be taken by any WAP with required eligibility.
• Any eligible WAP can upgrade to MWAP by paying the differential.
• MWAP is a certified Wellness Advisor & Cleansing Therapist.
• MWAP is member of Nex Millionaire Club and has access to learning Portals.
• MWAP will have access to Nex Touch Point Panel with wallet there.
• MWAP will deliver & fulfil orders across the network.
• MWAP will get 8% margin on products (adjusted in invoice itself)
• MWAP can return/replace material as per the terms & consitions.
• MWAPs are same as MTP.

MTP

• MTP is a MWAP made in 2021.
• The MTP is now known as MWAP in 2022.
• No new MTP will be made. The new ones will be called as MWAP.
• MTP is a certified Wellness Advisor & Cleansing Therapist.
• MTP is member of Nex Millionaire Club and has access to learning Portals.
• MTP will have access to Nex Touch Point Panel with wallet there.
• MTP will deliver & fulfil orders across the network through NexTouch panel.
• MTP will get 8% margin on products (adjusted in invoice itself)
• MTP can return/replace material as per the terms & conditions.
• MTP can order any value of material to company.
• Any sales made outside the app (non-fulfilled orders) need to be updated manually for BV.
• Delivery charge of ₹ 250 will be applicable for all the order values less than ₹ 5000.

BTP

• BTP is the Touch Point that has taken up stock of ₹ 25,000
• No new BTP will be made. The new format is called as WAP.
• BTP is a certified Wellness Advisor & Cleansing Therapist.
• BTP is member of Nex Millionaire Club and has access to learning Portals.
• BTP will have access to Nex Touch Point Panel with wallet there.
• BTP will deliver & fulfil orders across the network.
• BTP will get 5% margin on products (adjusted in invoice itself)
• The stock once sold to BTP, can NOT be returned or replaced.
• BTP can order any value of material to company.
• Any sales made outside the app (non-fulfilled orders) need to be updated manually for BV.
• Delivery charge of ₹ 250 will be applicable for all the order values less than ₹ 5000.

WAP

• WAP is the Basic Touch Point added in 2022 with WAP Value Bundle @ ₹ 25,000
• WAP is a certified Wellness Advisor & Cleansing Therapist.
• WAP is member of Nex Millionaire Club and has access to learning Portals.
• WAP doesn’t need any access or wallet on Nex Touch Point panel.
• WAP makes purchases directly from the App and get 5% discount on everything.
• WAP can order any value of material from the app.
• No delivery charge will be applicable on orders above ₹ 1000.
• For orders below ₹1000, a delivery cost of ₹100 will be charged.
• WAPs will get all his/her BV and rewards in the app.
• The BV of customers will not be accounted for - when WAP sells within network.
• The stock or material taken by WAP is Non-Returnable.
• WAP is free to sell stock to his customers within or outside the network.
• Any eligible WAP can upgrade to MWAP by paying the differential.
• After upgradation as MWAP he/she starts getting 8% margin instead of 5% discount in App.

Modus Operandi The company bills the material to MWAP / MTP / BTP and makes free delivery for orders above ₹ 5000. Touch Point then sells the material to their affiliate touch points or WAPs or to end customers within NexMoney network or outside the network. The profit margin is already inbuilt in the form of discounted rate on which the material is billed from company to Touch Point. So, there is no amount being paid instead it is inbuilt in your touch point wallet.

For the first order of MWAP, the item lists are fixed and that can’t be changed. The order value is ₹ 1,08,000. Once your MWAP touch point is approved and allocated to you, the first order (the welcome order) automatically gets dispatched to your address and your wallet gets debited for the same. For all repeat orders, you can keep ordering from your panel as per your choice and requirement.

Orders placed by BTP will show in the NexTouch panel of MTP. Immediately on order either the MTP does the order fulfilment (delivery) locally or assigns order to company. In case MTP doesn’t have stock then MTP has to assign order to company immediately. Company then sends material directly to the respective BTP.

MWAPs, MTPs and BTPs will be able to fulfil App orders from WAP or other customers in the app and enjoy the benefit for the same.

Return of Unused Stock Most of the products in Touch Points will be wellness supplements, agro inputs, beauty & personal care products etc that have a shelf-life and a best before or expiry date on it. That is why it is important to keep a track on stock so that dead stock can be avoided and yet there is no stock-out situation.

However, if there is any product (excluding 1st order) that has not moved can be returned to company subject to following criteria :

• The product & packaging is in perfect saleable condition.
• The product has a remaining shelf life of clear 3 months.
• There is no reordering of the product from that touch point.
• There is a logical justification for the return that’s accepted by admin.

If, the above criteria is met then the product can returned (freight cost will be borne by the Touch Point). For this the Touch Point Needs to fill Return Request inside their panel and once the admin approval comes, the material can be sent. Once the material is received at central hub and found satisfactory, the amount will be credited back to your wallet.

How to Apply

Anyone eligible can enrol to WAP @ ₹ 25,000 in NexMoney App or on www.wap.nexmoney.in by selecting your referral. You can then upgrade to MWAP. Alternatively, you can even take MWAP directly @ ₹ 1,00,000. Once the payment is made, the Touch Point gets allocated to you and you get access of your Touch Point panel as MWAP. The amount paid by you goes in your wallet and from there it is used for your stocks. The sales made also gets credited to your wallet. You can monitor and add money to your wallet depending on your requirement.
